Wow! The final marking period of the year is in full swing. The United Township counselors came and the 8^th grade is now registered for high school.

Pictures with caps & gowns will be May 8th at 8:30 a.m.

Picture forms will be sent home.

Honors night will be May 14^th at 6:30 pm.

Students will be going to Adventureland in Des Moines, Iowa on Wednesday May 28^th. The school bus will depart from the junior high parking lot at 7 am. The bus will leave from Adventureland at 3 pm.

Students may bring a sack lunch to eat before we go into the park. The bus will stop on the way home for supper. There is a McDonald’s and an Arby’s. Please make sure your child has money for supper.

The cost of the trip will be $24.00. Please turn money in prior to May 20^th 2008 .

In order to qualify for the trip, students will need to be passing 8^th grade, have no more than one day ISS, and no OSS beginning March 31, 2008.

Graduation will be May 29^th at 7:00 pm. The charge for caps and gowns will be $25.00. If you would like to purchase a tassel only, the cost will be $8.00. Money must be in by May 14^th.
