The meeting was called to order at 5:15 p.m.

Members Present: Jecks, Greer, Rossmiller, Pustelnik, Lohse

Members Absent: Stone, Miner

Others present: Mr. Ray Bergles, Silvis Superintendent of Schools, Mr. Michael Hughes, George O. Barr Elementary School principal, Mr. Art Byczynski, Silvis Junior High School principal, Mrs. Mary Rossmiller, SEA President and George O. Barr Elementary School fourth grade teacher, and employee #923.

Motion by Lohse, second by Pustelnik to enter executive session for the discussion of the performance of specific employees (5 ILCS 120/2(c)(1)).

Motion carried by voice acclamation.

Executive session was called to order at 5:16 p.m.

Members Absent: Stone, Miner

Motion by Lohse, second by Jecks to exit executive session at 5:42 p.m.

Ayes: Jecks, Greer, Rossmiller, Pustelnik, Lohse
