Motion by Jecks, second by Piper to enter executive session to conduct an expulsion hearing (5 ILCS 120/2(c)(9)).

Motion carried by voice acclamation.

Executive session was called to order at 5:50 p.m.

Members Present: Jecks, Rossmiller, Gary Taylor, Greer, Piper

Members Absent: TJ Taylor, Stone

Greer left the meeting at 6:05 p.m.

Motion by Piper, second by Jecks to exit executive session at 6:14 p.m.

Motion carried by voice acclamation.

Meeting called to order at 6:15 p.m.

Members Absent: TJ Taylor, Stone, Greer

Motion by Jecks, second by Rossmiller to expel student #138 for the remainder of the 2008-09 school year. Ayes: Jecks, Rossmiller, Gary Taylor, Piper

Nays: None

Motion by Rossmiller, second by Piper to adjourn the meeting at 6:31 p.m.
