Also present: Ray Bergles, Superintendent, Mari Thomson, Silvis Junior High teacher and SEA President, and Shelli Anderson of Franczek and Sullivan.

Motion by Piper, second by TJ Taylor to enter executive session to discuss pending litigation (5 ILCS 120/2(c)(11)).

Ayes: Jecks, Piper, Greer, Stone, TJ Taylor, Rossmiller, Gary Taylor

Nays: None

Also present in executive session: Ray Bergles, Superintendent and Shelli Anderson of Franczek and Sullivan.

Executive session was called to order at 5:10 p.m.

Motion by Rossmiller, second by Greer to exit executive session at 6:23 p.m.

Nays: None

Motion by Rossmiller, second by TJ Taylor to accept the settlement of Rock Island Circuit Court Case No. 08 AR 157.

Ayes: Greer, TJ Taylor, Rossmiller, Gary Taylor

Nays: Jecks, Piper, Stone

Motion by Jecks, second by Piper to adjourn the meeting at 6:39 p.m.

Motion carried by voice acclamation.
