The meeting was called to order at 5:00 p.m.

Members Present: Jecks, Piper, Greer, Rossmiller, TJ Taylor, Stone, Gary Taylor

Members Absent: None

A Public Hearing was held to allow testimony for the waiver application to celebrate Veteran’s Day as a commemorative holiday with student attendance from the 2008-09 school year through the 2011-2012 school year.

No one from the public was present and no testimony was given.

Motion by Jecks, second by Rossmiller to adjourn the meeting at 5:03 p.m.

Motion carried by voice acclamation.
